Emma's apartment is spread over two floors, ground floor and basement.
The accommodation is independent, it is part of the owner's Villa, who lives next to the structure. The living room is bright and modernly furnished, from here you have direct access to the salt water swimming pool and the fenced garden. The open kitchen provides everything you need.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, both with a bathroom complete with shower.
The house has a washing machine, air conditioning and a private underground garage which leads directly into the apartment.
The location is strategic: nearby there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries and tobacconists. Furthermore, in the area there are cycle paths, golf courses and riding stables.

The Villa is for 4 people, including babies. The dog is allowed only on request and for a maximum of 10 kg.
