The Villa Gardoncino is located in an elegant residence consisting of a few residential units and thus ensures peace and privacy, spread over three floors with a total of approx. 200 square meters.
The Villa has a large porch with barbecue, garden and the swimming pool for shared use. Spacious and elegant living room, with a comfortable corner sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and oven. On this floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed. The first floor is accessed from the spiral staircase, there is a sofa bed for single or double use. On this level you will also find a large terrace overlooking the lake and swimming pool. In the basement there is the second bedroom with a double bed and a cot for the little ones. There are three bathrooms: one on each floor with toilet, sink, shower and bidet.

The Villa has a private garage. The apartment has free Wi-Fi and A/C on the ground floor and first floor (not in the basement). The apartment does NOT have a TV. Shared swimming pool (shared with 7 other houses).

Villa Gardoncino is located in a shared context with other residential structures, its main feature is the peace and quiet. For this reason and from past experience, without any discriminating intention, groups of people with the idea of creating excessive noise or organizing parties are not allowed. Thanks to its proximity to the A4 motorway, you can easily reach the beautiful cities of Verona, Milan and Venice, such as the amusement park area (Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland).
